Invitations into Presence

These are not workshops to be attended or retreats to be consumed. They are spaces of inquiry, shaped not by goals or outcomes, but by the quality of attention we bring.
Emerge offers programs that explore the ending of conflict, perception without method, intelligence without division, and education without comparison. These are not events. They are invitations.
1
Retreats
We host retreats in natural settings where silence, relationship, and observation are the foundation. There are no teachings, no techniques, only the invitation to live without fragmentation.

Formats include:
-
5–7 day immersive retreats
-
Dialogues in nature
-
Engagements with local communities
-
Collective silence, reflection, and presence

2
Educator Training
Our training with educators is not instructional. It is perceptual. We explore the nature of comparison, ambition, and fear in the classroom and inquire into learning as presence, not performance.

We also support institutions in identifying the psychological impediments in their pedagogy, communication structures, and relational environments. Through observation and dialogue, we uncover the roots of disorder and fragmentation, and co-create action plans that align with clarity, care, and attention, not control or reform.

We have held sessions across India, Fiji, Nepal, Malaysia, United States and South Africa with university faculty, school teachers, and government officials. These incude collaborations directly or through working on projects with partner organizations like the The Dais and CEASP with Stanford University, University of Toronto, OP Jindal University, University of Malaya, University of South Pacific, Delhi University, and also engagements with Educators working with/at schools such as The Doon School, Welham Boys' School, Mayo College Girls' School, The Oberai School of Integrated Studies, India.

Dialogues on Relationship, Spirituality, Being and Action

These are one-on-one or small group spaces : personal, relational, and unstructured. We engage with individuals, couples, and families seeking to explore the roots of conflict, fear, suffering, and fragmentation in their daily lives.
Whether in the context of parenting, marriage, education, personal transformation, or communication, these sessions are not therapeutic interventions. They are meetings in presence without roles, methods, or expectations. They offer a mirror, not advice.
Themes include:
-
Relationship and psychological hurt
-
Fear, insecurity, and dependency
-
Communication beyond control
-
Living without becoming
-
Freedom from comparison, conflict, and ideals
These sessions can be customised and are held online or in person. They are also available for parents, educators, and individuals seeking union within themselves and in the world around them.
4

We have held dialogues with senior officials from the Indian Army, public policy scholars, educators, and interfaith leaders exploring the nature of leadership, ethics, security, and responsibility from a space beyond identity.

6
Speaking & Public Dialogues

We are invited to speak at forums, conferences, and summits not to represent a position, but to offer a pause. Whether the theme is peace, education, governance, spirituality, or crisis, we do not deliver solutions. We offer a mirror.
From keynote addresses to panel dialogues and reflective interviews, we hold spaces that disarm intellect and reawaken perception.

We have spoken at:
-
UN conferences on climate and peace
-
International education summits
-
Policy forums and spiritual gatherings
-
Youth and interfaith dialogue circles

These are not programs for self-development. They are invitations to end the self — and live in relationship with what is.
