Divya Bhatnagar

Divya Bhatnagar is an Assistant Professor at the School of Humanities and Social Sciences, Shiv Nadar University, India. Her research and teaching focus on sustainable development, education, childhood, and public policy. Divya completed her master’s degree in public policy from the University of Chicago, with an academic focus on international development. She has previously worked at UNICEF (New York HQ) and O.P. Jindal Global University. Before venturing into public policy, she worked in the field of Astrophysics at the University of Victoria, Canada. Being a part of Spirituality, Science and Public Policy Network, she is interested in exploring relevant ideas from the nexus of science and spirituality that can inform public policies and improve our approach to sustainable development. Insights from her interdisciplinary work experience and academic background uniquely position her to lead efforts in integrating science, spirituality, and public policy.
