Ravi K Dhar
Ravi K Dhar is a Commerce Graduate from the University of Jammu and a postgraduate in English from the same university. A Doctorate in English from North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong, he has taught English and Journalism at North-Eastern Hill University, Nagaland Campus, Medziphema, and Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana. He is also a postgraduate in Journalism from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla. Since 2006, he is the Director of Jagannath International Management School, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, which has grown under his leadership as an A+ NAAC accredited institution and a 201-300 category NIRF college in the country. He has published papers in the areas of Modern British Fiction, Online Communication and Communication Rights and Policy. He has published a book of Literary Criticism on Evelyn Waugh and an edited book on New Media titled, Media in the Swirl. He has also come out with a novel, titled Orphans of the Storm, a book of collected poems, titled The Chant of Vitasta, and a book of mystical aphorisms, 101 Thoughts to Light up your Path. He has a YouTube Channel, Mystic Mariner, devoted to broadcasts on life and spirituality. He discovered his Guru, Sri Aurobindo and The Mother, at the age of 20 years when he had deeply distressing personal experiences as in the life of The Buddha, compelling him to probe into the meaning of existence. Ever since, he has been experimenting with the integrality of human existence and the role of man in furthering creative evolution.
